All of our classes are comprised of two components, an online theory, and a hands-on training.

Online Theory Designed to Fit Your Schedule

After enrollment, you will gain access to our online portal to complete the theory prior to your in-person class. The online theory can be accessed in the comfort of your own home and is designed to prepare you for your hands-on training. We wanted to dedicate the primary focus of our in-person class to hands-on training and the application process. The online/in-person duo allows you maximize the time spent practicing with your instructor.

Hands-On Training for Practical Experience

Hands-on training is critical to master lash application. The in-person class provides plenty of opportunities for you to practice and apply what you've learned. 1HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TRAIN AS A LASH TECH?

All About Me Lash Tech Classes are designed to be completed at your own pace. Our curriculum is broken into two different sections, online and in-person. Once enrolled, you will gain access to our online module which can be completed at any time prior to your scheduled class date, and should take only a couple hours to complete. Our hands on classes are about 8 hours in length.

2HOW DO I BECOME A QUALIFIED LASH TECHNICIAN?

To become a qualified lash technician, please refer to your local state and county guidelines. Typically in the United States, you must posses an active cosmetology or esthetician license to complete Eyelash Extensions. All About Me Lash Training’s are available to all licensed cosmetologists and/or estheticians, or anyone actively in Beauty School (certification can not be mailed until licensed).

3CAN I MAKE A LIVING AS A LASH TECH?

Lash Extensions can be an extremely profitable service. You can certainly make a living in a career as a Lash Technician, however this can vary depending on geographical region and artist. Profitability will depend on the cost you charge for service, number of clients you take per week, and overhead costs the business incurs. It was reported, in 2022 the average hourly wage for a Lash Technician was just under $25.00/hr!

4HOW HARD IS IT TO LEARN EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

Each artist is different when they learn extensions. How quickly you pick it up can depend on things like how steady your hand is, your attention to detail and getting comfortable at your work station. All About Me Lash Training’s have been developed for over 5 years. Our team understands the intricacies behind the art and can help with the confidence and skills needed to succeed.

5HOW MANY LASH CLIENTS CAN I TAKE PER DAY?

The number of lash clients a technician takes per day can vary. Most of our lash technicians take anywhere from 4-5 clients in a day. Newer technicians typically take a little longer to complete the service, whereas more experienced technician can complete the service quicker and take more clientele. Lash fill appointments typically range anywhere from 75 minutes – 90 minutes.
